As a Simplicity Coach I have spent over two decades helping people move forward through personal and professional transitions with grace. Having experienced career burnout, the messiness of divorce, illness, financial stress, and learning how to cope with the uncertainty of life, I understand how chaos can destroy a person’s spirit. That is why I coach! Prior to coaching I worked as the Associate Producer for the television sitcom, The Golden Girls, and later as a producer/writer for an award-winning radio program for NPR. As an author, I have had stories published in Chicken Soup For The Soul and I currently publish a monthly newsletter called Simplicity in Chaos—Finding simplicity in chaos—anywhere, anytime.
