Keep Hope Alive

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the way we live and interact with each other worldwide. As a collective society we have been forced to isolate, tolerate, mitigate, and now motivate each other and ourselves through this disaster to the finish line! It is our time to be kind and hopeful; generous and thoughtful. In simplifying the way we think about this past year of COVID-19 one might say they have lived through a visible war with an invisible enemy. How has this war changed YOU? How has this past year of isolation and hardship changed the way you think about your particular life path? Have you eliminated an old routine or added a new one? Who have you determined you simply cannot live without? Is there someone or some thing you need to release so that you can be the best version of yourself? As we enter a new year and a new time in history, let us embrace this historic time of lack and simplify our lives (the way we think, feel, and express) so we can change the way we live, forever.
